is sold by breeder to buyer for a total sum of  ……….. Euros.
The kitten has been vaccinated and treated for worms. Parents are tested for HCM, FIV and Felv and vaccinated and treated for worms.
The kitten is sold as a pet/as a shower or breeder with breeding restrictions.
In the former case the kitten will be spayed/neutered around the age of six months. As soon as the breeder gets written proof from a vet the pedigree will be sent off to the new owner.
In the latter case the pedigree will be given to the new owner with the kitten and the kitten can be used in a breeding program as from the age of one and only after negative HCM testing. It will be allowed to produce 40 surviving kittens at the most, 24 in the case of a female breeder, and then the adult cat will be spayed/neutered.  The HCM screening will be repeated yearly. When tested positive the cat will be spayed/neutered immediately and breeder as well as any possible owners of kittens from that queen/stud will be notified. The buyer will get a free kitten from the breeder when the kitten dies from a hereditary disease before the age of two. An autopsy will be necessary. Possible shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
When replacing the cat, the breeder will always have first choice in taking the kitten back.
The kitten/cat will never be caged, will always be well taken care of and fed and will have human/animal company. It will not be left to roam outside without supervision and will never be declawed or tattooed.

At kitten pick up all following documents were handed over:

  1. this sales agreement
  2. copies of HCM tests of parents
  3. Pedigree/pedigree will be sent off after spay/neuter
  4. veterinary passport
  5. Chip identification number
